Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 890567 Size: SH
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  2. Remove the engine protection shield mounting bolts, light duty shown, heavy duty similar.

    3. Object Number: 890563 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine protection shield.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 890563 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine protection shield.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 890567 Size: SH
  2. Install the engine protection shield mounting bolts, light duty shown, heavy duty similar, and tighten to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).
  3. Lower the vehicle.
