Makes 🢒 GMC_Truck 🢒 2008 🢒 Savana - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Controls and Fuel - 6.6L 🢒 Intake Air Temperature (IAT) Sensor 2 Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
  2. Remove the air intake pipe. Refer to Air Intake Pipe Replacement .
  3. Disconnect the intake air temperature (IAT) sensor (2) electrical connector.

    4. Object Number: 1733089 Size: SH
  4. Remove the IAT sensor from the center intake manifold.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1733089 Size: SH
  1. Install the IAT sensor to the center intake manifold.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the IAT to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  2. Connect the IAT sensor (2) electrical connector.
  3. Install the air intake pipe. Refer to Air Intake Pipe Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
