Preliminary Procedures

1. Remove the drivers knee bolsters bracket. Refer to Driver Knee Bolster Bracket Replacement.

Remove the cluster trim plate assembly. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Trim Plate Bezel Replacement.

2. Remove the windshield garnish moldings. Refer to Windshield Garnish Molding Replacement.

Instrument Panel Upper Trim Pad Screw (Qty: 3)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
3 N·m (27 lb in)

Procedure

1. Disconnect the electrical connections.
2. When replacing the upper trim pad , transfer all necessary components.
