  2. Record the initial odometer reading.
  3. Perform a drive test over a known distance of at least 8 kilometers (5 miles).
  4. Operate the vehicle at 80 - 110 km/h (50 - 65 mph) if practical.
  5. Inspect the scan tool for the actual speed.
  6. Inspect the speedometer.
  7. Record the final odometer reading.
  8. Record the actual distance driven.

While at speed are the scan tool and the speedometer indications are within 6 km/h (4 mph) of each other?
