Removal Procedure
- Raise the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle in General Information. Support the vehicle with suitable safety stands.
- Use a flat bladed tool in order to pry out the auxiliary spring (2) from the frame (1).
- Remove the auxiliary spring from the vehicle.
Installation Procedure
- Install the auxiliary spring (2) to the frame by pushing upward and twisting the spring into the frame cup.
- Ensure that the auxiliary spring is properly secured.
- Remove the safety stands.
- Lower the vehicle.
