Cylinder Head Removal Left


    Object Number: 521828 Size: SH
  1. Remove engine coolant temperature gauge sensor.

    2. Object Number: 317307 Size: SH
  2. Remove and discard the spark plugs.

    3. Object Number: 317217 Size: SH
  3. Remove the cylinder head bolts.

    4. Object Number: 317227 Size: SH

    Notice: After removal, place the cylinder head on 2 wood blocks in order to prevent damage to the sealing surfaces.

  4. Remove the cylinder head.

    5. Object Number: 317233 Size: SH
  5. Remove and discard the cylinder head gasket.

    6. Object Number: 182846 Size: SH
  6. Remove the dowel pin (cylinder head locator) (if required).

  1. Remove and discard the spark plugs.

    2. Object Number: 317239 Size: SH
  2. Remove the cylinder head bolts.

  3. Remove the cylinder head.
