Did you perform the Wiper/Washer Rear System Check?

  1. Disconnect the front windshield washer pump.
  2. Connect a DMMJ 39200 from CKT  94 (PNK) cavity G at the front windshield washer pump motor C102 connector to ground.
  3. Place the ignition switch in the RUN position.
  4. Place the front pulse wiper/washer switch in the WASH position.

Is battery voltage present?

--

Go to Step 3

  1. Connect a DMMJ 39200 from CKT 94 (PNK) cavity G to CKT 350 (BLK) cavity B at the front windshield/washer pump.
  2. Place the front pulse wiper/washer switch in the WASH position.

Is battery voltage present?

Go to Step 5

  1. Disconnect the front wiper motor and module.
  2. Connect a DMMJ 39200 from CKT 96 (BRN) cavity E at the front wiper motor and module to ground.
  3. Place the front pulse wiper/washer switch in the WASH position.

Is battery voltage present?

Replace the front windshield/washer pump. Refer to Windshield Wiper Motor Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Wiper/Washer Rear System Check

Repair the open in CKT 350 (BLK) from the front windshield washer pump to ground G100.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Wiper/Washer Rear System Check

Replace the front wiper motor and module. Refer to Windshield Wiper System Module Replacement .

Is the repair complete?

Go to Wiper/Washer Rear System Check

Inspect for an open in CKT 96 (BRN) from the front wiper motor and module to the front pulse wiper/washer switch.

Did you find an open?

--

Go to Step 9

Go to Step 10

Repair the open in CKT 96 (BRN) from the front wiper motor and module to the front pulse wiper/washer switch.

Is the repair complete?

--

Go to Wiper/Washer Rear System Check

Replace the front pulse wiper/washer switch. Refer to Turn Signal and Multifunction Switch Assembly - Disassemble - Off Vehicle or Turn Signal and Multifunction Switch Assembly - Assemble - Off Vehicle .
