CHANGE ENGINE OIL

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the CHANGE ENGINE OIL message when the engine control module (ECM) determines that the engine oil should be changed. Refer to GM Oil Life System Resetting .

CHANGE FUEL FILTER

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the CHANGE FUEL FILTER messages in the driver information center (DIC) when the powertrain control module (PCM) determines that the fuel filter should be changed.

CHECK OIL LEVEL

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the CHECK OIL LEVEL message in the driver information center (DIC) when the powertrain control module (PCM) detects a low engine oil level condition.

CHECK WASHER FLUID

CNG LEVEL SHOWN

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the CNG LEVEL SHOWN message in the driver information center (DIC) when the powertrain control module (PCM) detects that the fuel gage selector switch is pressed while the vehicle is operating on gasoline.

FUEL FILTER LIFE RESET

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the FUEL FILTER LIFE RESET message when the fuel filter reset procedure is completed.

FUEL LEVEL LOW

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the FUEL LEVEL LOW message in the driver information center (DIC) and the LOW FUEL indicator when the IPC detects that the fuel level is less than a pre-determined value.

GASOLINE LEVEL SHOWN

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the GASOLINE LEVEL SHOWN message in the driver information center (DIC) when the powertrain control module (PCM) detects that the fuel gage selector switch is pressed while the vehicle is operating on CNG.

GRADE BREAKING ACTIVE

HOOD AJAR

ICE POSSIBLE

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the ICE POSSIBLE message in the driver information center (DIC) when the outside air temperature drops below 2.5°C (36.5°F).

LOW FUEL

Low Fuel: The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the FUEL LEVEL LOW message in the driver information center (DIC) and the LOW FUEL indicator when the IPC detects that the fuel level is less than a pre-determined value.

OIL LIFE RESET

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the OIL LIFE RESET message when the powertrain control module (PCM) determines that the engine oil should be changed. Refer to GM Oil Life System Resetting .

OIL PRESSURE LOW

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the OIL PRESSURE LOW message in the driver information center (DIC) when the powertrain control module (PCM) detects a low oil pressure condition.

OVERSPEED

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) illuminates the OVERSPEED indicator when the IPC detects that the vehicle speed is more than 120 km/h (75 mph).

PASSENGER DOOR AJAR

PROGRAM CLUSTER

XX% FUEL FILTER LIFE

The instrument panel cluster (IPC) receives a class 2 message from the engine control module (ECM) indicating the remaining fuel filter life percent. Once the filter is changed, the fuel filter reset procedure must be performed in order to reset the fuel filter life monitor back to 100 percent.
