Makes 🢒 GMC_Truck 🢒 2006 🢒 GMC Sierra Denali 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 4.8L, 5.3L, and 6.0L 🢒 Engine Coolant Air Bleed Pipe Cleaning and Inspection

    Object Number: 1552485 Size: SH

    Important: Do not use the engine coolant air bleed pipe and cover seals again. Upon installation of the pipe and covers, install NEW seals.

  1. Remove the seals (308) from the pipe.
  2. Remove the seals (308) from the covers.

    3. Object Number: 1277104 Size: SH
  3. Clean the pipe (307), hose (311), and covers in solvent.

    4. Caution: Refer to Safety Glasses Caution in the Preface section.

  4. Dry the pipe and covers with compressed air.
  5. Inspect the pipe and covers for damage or restrictions.
  6. Inspect the sealing surfaces for damage.
  7. Inspect the hose (311) for restrictions, cracking or wear.

    8. The hose may be used again if it is not damaged.
