Removal Procedure (Enhanced EVAP)

    Object Number: 238422 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the Vent valve electrical connector.
  2. Disconnect the Canister Vent hose.

    3. Object Number: 238420 Size: SH
  3. Bend back the tang on the bracket.
  4. Remove the Vent valve.

Installation Procedure (Enhanced EVAP)

    Object Number: 238420 Size: SH
  1. Slide the Vent valve onto the bracket.
  2. Connect the Canister Vent hose.

    3. Object Number: 238422 Size: SH
  3. Install the electrical connector.

Removal Procedure (Non-Enhanced EVAP)

    Object Number: 239518 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the Canister Vent hose.
  2. Bend back the tang on the bracket.
  3. Remove the Vent Valve/Water Separator.

Installation Procedure (Non-Enhanced EVAP)

    Object Number: 239518 Size: SH
  1. Slide the Vent Valve/Water Separator onto the bracket.
  2. Connect the Canister Vent hose.
