Service VME - Lower Auxiliary Rocker Seal Removed

When servicing the vehicle with the VIN you entered, the following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the described symptoms.

This is a product information update that pertains to 2003 model year full-size pickups and relates to the deletion of the lower auxiliary rocker seal from the bottom of all doors on pickup models effective with production on or about February 24, 2003. The part numbers removed are : 15758049 ( front s/d 03,53,43 models ), 15758050 ( rear s/d 53 models ) and 1576729 ( rear s/d 43 models ). This is a cost savings initiative and dealers should not replace these rocker seals under warranty as a mis-build.
