Radiator Air Baffle Assemblies and Deflectors Side

Removal Procedure


    Object Number: 375769  Size: SH
  1. Remove the radiator bolts.
  2. Reposition the radiator rearward slightly in order to allow access to the air baffle retainers.
  3. Remove the radiator air baffle retainers.
  4. Remove the radiator air baffle.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 375769  Size: SH
  1. Install the radiator air baffle.
  2. Install the radiator air baffle retainers.
  3. Reposition the radiator.
  4. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  5. Install the radiator bolts.
  6. Tighten
    Tighten the radiator bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  1. Remove the radiator air upper baffle retainers.
  2. Remove the radiator air upper baffle.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 371535  Size: SH
  1. Install the radiator air upper baffle.
  2. Install the radiator air upper baffle retainers.
