Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1352020 Size: SH
  1. Release the air cleaner clips (2) from the air cleaner cover (1).
  2. Open and remove the air cleaner cover (1).

    3. Object Number: 1352019 Size: SH
  3. Remove the air cleaner element (1) from the lower air cleaner housing assembly (2).
  4. Inspect the entire assembly for debris or damage and repair as necessary.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1352019 Size: SH
  1. Complete the following in order to install the air cleaner element (1) into the lower air cleaner housing assembly (2):
    2. 1.1. Align the opening of the element with the duct opening.
    1.2. Engage the alignment feature in the element (3) with the retainer (4) molded into the lower air cleaner assembly.

    Object Number: 1352020 Size: SH
  2. Insert the air cleaner cover tangs into the lower air cleaner housing assembly slots.

    3. Important: Ensure the cover is properly seated with the lower housing.

  3. Close the air cleaner cover (1), ensuring the alignment feature in the element engages with the retainer molded in the cover (1).
  4. Secure the air cleaner clips (2) to the air cleaner cover (1).
