    • EN-48253 Accessory Belt Remover
    • EN-48952 Tensioner Spring Holding Pin

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement.

    2. Object Number: 2027076 Size: SH
  2. Install the EN-48253 remover  (3) onto the tensioner and rotate the drive belt tensioner clockwise.
  3. Rotate the drive belt tensioner fully and simultaneously insert EN-48952 holder  (2) into the drive belt tensioner pin hole.
  4. Remove the drive belt (4).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2027081 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt.

    2. Object Number: 2027076 Size: SH
  2. Install the EN-48253 remover  (3).
  3. Rotate the drive belt tensioner (1) clockwise fully and simultaneously remove EN-48952 holder  (2) out of the drive belt tensioner pin hole.
  4. Install the front compartment insulator. Refer to Front Compartment Insulator Replacement.
