Makes 🢒 Daewoo 🢒 2009 🢒 Lacetti (Global Delta) 🢒 Body Repair 🢒 Frame and Underbody 🢒 Stabilizer Shaft Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
  2. Remove the front tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  3. Disconnect the stabilizer links from the stabilizer shaft. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Replacement.
  4. Remove the frame to body bolts. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement.
  5. Lower the rear of the frame in order to gain clearance to the stabilizer shaft.

    6. Object Number: 2027723 Size: SH
  6. Remove the 4 front stabilizer shaft insulator clam bolts (1).
  7. Remove the stabilizer shaft.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2027723 Size: SH
  1. Install the stabilizer shaft.

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the 4 front stabilizer shaft insulator clam bolts (1). Tighten the stabilizer shaft bolts to  22 N·m + 30° (17 lb in +30°).
  3. Install the frame to body bolts. Refer to Drivetrain and Front Suspension Frame Replacement.
  4. Connect the stabilizer links from the stabilizer shaft. Refer to Stabilizer Shaft Replacement.
  5. Install the front tire and wheel assemblies. Refer to Tire and Wheel Removal and Installation.
  6. Lower the vehicle.
