Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the drive belt. Refer to Generator and Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement .
  2. Lower the vehicle at full height. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .

    3. Object Number: 2027079 Size: SH
  3. Remove the drive belt idler pulley bolt (2).
  4. Remove drive belt idler pulley (1).

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 2027079 Size: SH
  1. Install the drive belt idler pulley (1).

    2. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  2. Install the drive belt idler pulley bolt and tighten to  52 N·m (38 lb ft) .
  3. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  4. Install the drive belt. Refer to Generator and Air Conditioning Compressor and Power Steering Pump Belt Replacement .
