  1. Drain and fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling.
  2. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement.

Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Bolt

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
9 N·m (80 lb in)

Engine Coolant Air Bleed Hose Replacement 1.6L LXV

Note:  The engine coolant air bleed hose is the same part like the throttle body heater outlet hose.

Remove and install the engine coolant air bleed hose. Refer to Throttle Body Heater Outlet Hose Replacement.
