Removal Procedure
  1. Open the liftgate.

    2. Object Number: 1202794 Size: SH
  2. Open the storage compartment lid.

    3. Object Number: 1202798 Size: SH
  3. Remove the screws along the top of the lid.

    4. Object Number: 1202800 Size: SH
  4. Remove the latch by separating the latch from the top of the lid.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1202800 Size: SH
  1. Install the latch to the lid.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1202798 Size: SH
  2. Install the screws to the top of the lid.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 2 N·m (18 lb in).


    Object Number: 1202794 Size: SH
  3. Close the storage compartment lid.
  4. Inspect the rear storage compartment for proper operation.
  5. Close the liftgate.
