Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the sliding door garnish molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Garnish Molding Replacement .
  2. Remove the headliner trim finish molding. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  3. Support the sliding door.
  4. Mark the location of the sliding door upper roller bracket to the door with a grease pencil.
  5. Remove the sliding door upper roller bracket bolts.

  6. Object Number: 319976  Size: SH
  7. Remove the sliding door upper roller bracket from the front edge of the upper track.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 319976  Size: SH
  1. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket to the front edge of the upper track.
  2. Align the sliding door upper roller bracket to the grease pencil marks.
  3. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  4. Install the sliding door upper roller bracket bolts.
  5. Tighten
    Tighten the sliding door upper roller bracket bolts to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  6. Remove the support from the sliding door.
  7. Install the headliner trim finish molding. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
  8. Install the sliding door garnish molding. Refer to Rear Side Door Garnish Molding Replacement in Interior Trim.
