Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the front edges of the sliding door inner trim panel in order to gain access to the sliding door lower roller bracket bolts.
  2. Mark the location of the sliding door lower roller bracket to the sliding door with a grease pencil.
  3. Support the sliding door.

  4. Object Number: 319980  Size: SH
  5. Remove the sliding door catch with the reinforcement channel bolt at the sliding door lower track.

  6. Object Number: 319985  Size: SH
  7. Remove the sliding door lower roller bracket bolts.
  8. Remove the sliding door lower roller bracket from the lower track.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 319983  Size: SH
  1. Install the sliding door lower roller bracket to the lower track.

  2. Object Number: 319980  Size: SH

    Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the sliding door catch with reinforcement channel bolt at the sliding door lower track.
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the reinforcement channel bolt to 12 N·m (106 lb in).

  5. Align the sliding door lower roller bracket to the grease pencil marks on the sliding door.
  6. Install the sliding door lower roller bracket bolts.
  7. Tighten
    Tighten the lower roller bracket bolts to 25 N·m (18 lb ft).

  8. Remove the support from the sliding door.
  9. Install the front edge of the sliding door inner trim panel to the sliding door.
