The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

Dealers may seek technical assistance for the MDM (Mobile Digital Media) PhatNoise system software, operating characteristics and/or technical support.

Recommendation/Instructions:

The customer should be directed to contact PhatNoise directly @ (516-921-7428) for software, operating characteristics and/or DMS cartridge/docking station failures. The customer will be required to have the DMS cartridge, docking station, software loaded on their personal computer and their contact information ready prior to contacting the PhatNoise consultants.

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
