The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom(s) described in this PI.

Condition/Concern:

Installation concerns, parts concerns, and/or Instruction Sheet missing when installing a GM Accessory.

Recommendation/Instructions:

Some GM Accessory installation instructions can be found in eSI. If the installation sheet was not packaged with the GM Accessory, check eSI for availability. If the missing instruction sheet is not available in eSI, or for questions regarding any missing parts/instructions contact Partech (Canada contact TRACS) at 1-800-433-6961, (Canada TRACS 866-275-5832) for assistance. Select the following:

For U.S and Canada:

  1. Select prompt 1 for U.S
  2. Note: requires customer code and password.

  3. Select prompt 2 Partech Main Menu
  4. Select prompt 4 For Cars
  5. Note: You should even select Cars when working with a Truck because there is no separate selection for truck

  6. Select prompt 3 for Catalog Accessory Group

Please follow this diagnostic or repair process thoroughly and complete each step. If the condition exhibited is resolved without completing every step, the remaining steps do not need to be performed.
