Are the hydraulic lines blocked or crimped?

Replace the damaged hydraulic clutch lines.

Is the pedal still hard?

Check the actuator cylinder for binding.

Is the actuator cylinder binding?

Is the pedal still hard?

Inspect the clutch master cylinder for binding.

Inspect the clutch pressure plate for wear.
