This bulletin is being updated to add model years. Please discard Corporate Bulletin Number 99-00-89-011B (Section 00 -- General Information).
The purpose of this bulletin is to provide information to dealers on how to obtain key codes.
U.S. Dealers
Key cutting code information can be obtained through GM DealerWorld. From the GM DealerWorld Parts tab, use the Key Code Look-Up to obtain key code information. Please note the Key Code Look-Up is a secure website. If you do not have access to this information, your PSC (Partner Security Coordinator) can identify who does have access within your dealership.
Canadian Dealers
The Key Code Look-Up feature is located in the GM Parts Locator System and available to personnel with the necessary profile credentials (typically, the Parts Manager). See your dealer's GM ACCESS Administrator to identify who does have this access within your dealership. If you cannot locate the code in the GM Parts Locator System, please contact GM of Canada Dealer Technology at 905-644-4827.
