J 29837 Output Shaft Support Fixture

1. Remove the following components: reaction sun gear; thrust washer; and the low/reverse roller clutch race.

1.1.	The reaction sun gear

1.2.	The thrust washer

1.3.	The low/reverse roller clutch race




2. Remove the low/reverse support retainer ring.



3. Push up on the output shaft in order to loosen the low/verse clutch support.
4. Remove the low/reverse clutch support.



5. Remove the transmission spring (low/reverse clutch support retainer).



6. Remove the reaction carrier assembly.



7. Remove the following components:

7.1.	The low/reverse clutch fiber plate assembly

7.2.	The low/reverse clutch steel plates

7.3.	The spacer

7.4.	The low/reverse clutch selective plate

7.5.	The low/reverse clutch waved plate




8. Remove the following components:

8.1.	The thrust bearing assembly (reaction carrier support)

8.2.	The internal reaction gear

8.3.	The internal reaction gear support

8.4.	The reaction gear support bearing

9. Remove the output shaft support fixture.



10. Remove the output shaft.
