Console Compartment Door Replacement Luxury Console

Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the console storage bin, if equipped. Refer to Front Floor Console Compartment Replacement .

  2. Object Number: 756164  Size: SH
  3. Remove the hinge cover, if equipped.
  4. Remove the console door screws (1).
  5. Remove the console door assembly.

Installation Procedure


    Object Number: 756164  Size: SH
  1. Install the console door assembly to the hinge.
  2. Notice: Use the correct fastener in the correct location. Replacement fasteners must be the correct part number for that application. Fasteners requiring replacement or fasteners requiring the use of thread locking compound or sealant are identified in the service procedure. Do not use paints, lubricants, or corrosion inhibitors on fasteners or fastener joint surfaces unless specified. These coatings affect fastener torque and joint clamping force and may damage the fastener. Use the correct tightening sequence and specifications when installing fasteners in order to avoid damage to parts and systems.

  3. Install the console door assembly screws (1).
  4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.6 N·m (14 lb in).

  5. Install the hinge cover, if equipped.
  6. Install the console storage bin, if equipped. Refer to Front Floor Console Compartment Replacement .

Console Compartment Door Replacement Non-Luxury Console

The compartment door on the non-luxury console can not be serviced separately. To replace the door refer to Front Floor Console Compartment Replacement for non-luxury storage bin replacement.
