Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement in Doors.

    2. Object Number: 1344641 Size: SH
  2. Remove the connector position assurance (CPA) for the connector.

    3. Object Number: 1344640 Size: SH
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector.

    4. Object Number: 1344639 Size: SH
  4. Remove the fasteners securing the speaker to the door (1).
  5. Remove the speaker.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1344639 Size: SH
  1. Position the speaker onto the door.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the fasteners securing the speaker to the door (1).

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 2 N·m (18 lb in).

  3. Connect the electrical connector.

    4. Object Number: 1344641 Size: SH
  4. Install the CPA for the connector.
  5. Install the door trim panel. Refer to Door Trim Panel Replacement in Doors.
