Removal Procedure
- Push in the tab (3) on the head restraint guide.
- Lift and remove the head restraint (1).
- Gently pry loose the head restraint guide (1). Remove the guides from the seat back cushion (2), if necessary.
Installation Procedure
- Install the head rest guides to the seat back cushion (2), if removed.
- Align the head restraint posts into the guides.
- Push in the tab (3) on the head restraint guide in order to install the head restraint (1). Ensure that the retainer lock engages.
