Removal Procedure

    Caution: Refer to Battery Disconnect Caution in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1308873 Size: SH
  1. Disconnect the negative battery cable.
  2. Remove the center molding. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement.
  3. Remove the screws and the audio system.
  4. Disconnect the audio system electrical connectors.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1308873 Size: SH
  1. Connect the audio system electrical connectors.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the audio system with the screws.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 4 N·m (35 lb in).

  3. Install the center molding. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Trim Panel Replacement .
  4. Connect the negative battery cable.
  5. Enter the audio security system 4-digit code. Refer to Radio/Audio System Description and Operation .
