Inspect the crankshaft connecting rod journals.

Are the journals out-of round?

Go to Piston, Connecting Rod, and Bearing Replacement

Inspect the connecting rods.

Is there a misaligned connecting rod?

Inspect the connecting rod bolts.

Are the connecting rod bolts torqued properly?
