Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2005 🢒 Monte Carlo 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Cooling 🢒 Engine Oil Cooler Hose/Pipe Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the right engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement - Right Side in Body Front End.
  2. Remove the support clip from the engine oil cooler lines.

    3. Object Number: 1335222 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine oil cooler lines from the engine oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  4. Remove the engine oil cooler lines from the engine oil filter adapter. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  5. Remove the engine oil cooler lines from the vehicle.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the vehicle.

    2. Object Number: 1335222 Size: SH
  2. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the engine oil cooler. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  3. Install the engine oil cooler lines to the engine oil filter adapter. Refer to Engine Oil Cooler Pipe/Hose Quick Connect Fitting .
  4. Install the engine oil cooler line support clip to the engine oil cooler lines.
  5. Install the right engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement - Right Side in Body Front End.
  6. Add the proper amount of engine oil.
