Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1283408 Size: SH
  1. Remove the cover to the assist handle fasteners.
  2. Remove the fasteners from the assist handle.

    3. Object Number: 1283411 Size: SH
  3. Remove the assist handle.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1283408 Size: SH
  1. Position the assist handle into place and install the fasteners.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the fasteners to 2.5 N·m (22 lb in).

  2. Install the cover over the fasteners.
