Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1773469 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
  2. Disconnect the evaporative emission (EVAP) canister valve purge tube quick connect fitting at the intake manifold. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  3. Disconnect the EVAP canister valve purge tube quick connect fitting at the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Remove the EVAP canister valve purge tube.

Installation Procedure

  1. Install the EVAP canister valve purge tube.
  2. Connect the EVAP canister valve purge tube quick connect fitting at the EVAP canister purge solenoid valve. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  3. Connect the EVAP canister valve purge tube quick connect fitting at the intake manifold. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Resonator Replacement .
