Preliminary Procedures

1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle.
2. Remove the left engine splash shield. Refer to Engine Splash Shield Replacement - Left Side.
3. Support the transmission with a transmission jack.

Left Transmission Mount Nut (Qty: 2)

Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

Tighten
50 N·m(37 lb ft)

Left Transmission Mount Bolt (Qty: 2)

Tighten
90 N·m (66 lb ft)

Tip
Use the transmission jack to lift the transmission slightly in order to provide additional clearance for removal of the mount.
