  1. Drain the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Remove the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Inlet Duct Replacement .
  3. Remove the radiator surge tank. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Replacement .

Heater Outlet Hose

Tip

  1. Using SA9111E to reposition of the heater outlet hose clamps.
  2. Remove the heater outlet hose from the connector and the heater core.
