Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Malibu 🢒 HVAC 🢒 HVAC - Automatic 🢒 Temperature Valve Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
  2. Remove the left closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side.
  3. Remove the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement .

    4. Object Number: 1230578 Size: SH
  4. Remove the air temperature actuator screws.

    5. Object Number: 1203576 Size: SH
  5. Remove the air temperature actuator.
  6. Remove the air temperature actuator wire harness connector.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the air temperature actuator wire harness connector.

    2. Object Number: 1203576 Size: SH
  2. Install the air temperature actuator.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Tighten the air temperature actuator screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).

  4. Install the knee bolster. Refer to Knee Bolster Replacement .
  5. Install the left closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Left Side .
  6. Install the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
