Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2007 🢒 Malibu 🢒 HVAC 🢒 HVAC - Automatic 🢒 Air Inlet Valve Actuator Replacement

Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
  2. Remove the right closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side .
  3. Remove the communication interface module. Refer to Communication Interface Module Replacement .
  4. Remove the OnStar module bracket. Refer to Communication Interface Module Bracket Replacement .

    5. Object Number: 1230581 Size: SH
  5. Remove the recirculation door actuator screws.

    6. Object Number: 1203574 Size: SH
  6. Remove the recirculation door actuator.
  7. Remove the recirculation door actuator wire harness connector.

Installation Procedure
  1. Install the recirculation door actuator wire harness connector.

    2. Object Number: 1203574 Size: SH
  2. Install the recirculation door actuator.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Tighten the recirculation door actuator screws.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 1.5 N·m (13 lb in).

  4. Install the OnStar module bracket. Refer to Communication Interface Module Bracket Replacement .
  5. Install the communication interface module. Refer to Communication Interface Module Replacement .
  6. Install the right closeout panel. Refer to Instrument Panel Insulator Panel Replacement - Right Side .
  7. Install the fuse labeled HVAC CTRL (BATT).
