Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1774477 Size: SH
  1. Remove the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
  2. Remove the engine mount strut. Refer to Engine Mount Strut Replacement.
  3. Install a breaker bar to the drive belt tensioner.
  4. Rotate the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise to release the spring tension.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1774478 Size: SH
  1. Install a breaker bar to the drive belt tensioner.
  2. Rotate the drive belt tensioner counterclockwise to release the spring tension.
  3. Route and install the drive belt, if equipped with hydraulic power steering.

    4. Object Number: 1774477 Size: SH
  4. Route and install the drive belt, if equipped with electric power steering.
  5. Install the engine mount strut. Refer to Engine Mount Strut Replacement.
  6. Install the air cleaner assembly. Refer to Air Cleaner Assembly Replacement.
