Electrical Information Reference

    •  Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle.

  1. Carry out Diagnostic System Check Diagnostic System Check - Vehicle.
  2. Carry out the Battery Inspection/Test Battery Inspection/Test.
  3. Carry out starter motor solenoid inspection Starter Solenoid Clicks, Engine Does Not Crank.
  4. Carry out the starter motor inspection Starter Solenoid Does Not Click.
  5. Inspect the wiring for damage. Inspect all connections to the starter motor, solenoid, battery, and all ground connections.
  6. Make sure the engine is not seized.
  7. If the battery, wiring and the engine are functioning correctly and the engine continues to crank slowly, replace the starter motor.
