Front Object Alarm Sensor Replacement LWB SWBRHD

1. Remove the front bumper fascia assembly. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.



2. Disconnect the front object alarm sensor electrical connector (1) from the front object alarm sensor (2).




Important: Lift the top and bottom housing tabs (1) to release the front object alarm sensor (2) from the front object alarm sensor housing (3).

3. Remove the front object alarm sensor (2) from the front object alarm sensor housing (3).

Important: Replacement front object alarm sensors (2) are not pre-painted, they will require painting before installation is carried out.

Important: Ensure that the front object alarm sensor (2) is installed correctly.

1. Locate the top and bottom housing tabs (1) to install the front object alarm sensor (2) to the front object alarm sensor housing (3).
2. Press the front object alarm sensor bezel flush to the fascia.



3. Connect the front object alarm sensor electrical connector (1) to the front object alarm sensor (2).
4. Install the bumper fascia assembly. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.

1. Remove bumper fascia assembly. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.



2. Disconnect the front object alarm sensor electrical connectors (1) from the front object alarm sensors.




Important: If required use a suitable tool to pry the wiring harness away from bumper fascia connectors (1).

3. Remove the front object alarm sensor wiring harness from the bumper fascia connectors (1).

1. Install the front object alarm sensor wiring harness to the bumper fascia connectors (1).



2. Connect the front object alarm sensor electrical connectors (1) to the front object alarm sensors.
3. Install the front bumper. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement.
