These charts are provided to allow time for mixing paint and subsequent cleaning of equipment. The paint mix time can be determined by applying the total paint material allowance dollar amount for each labor operation to the Paint Mix Time Chart. The paint mix time allowance should then be added to Regular Labor Hours column for that labor operation. For repairs with multiple labor operations, the material allowance should be used to calculate the paint mix time for each operation. The paint mix time should then be added to the regular labor hours coulumn for each labor operation. Total paint mix time allowance will not exceed .5 of an hour for any repair order.
