The following diagnosis might be helpful if the vehicle exhibits the symptom described in the PI.
Condition/Concern:
The cross dash wiring harness, part number 10388662, is being restricted to prevent unnecessary replacement of the harness. It has been discovered that in most cases when a main body harness is ordered when the repair only requires a connector or pigtail, not the entire harness. The connectors and pigtails for the harness is available for service on this vehicle. If the entire harness is required contact the PQC at 1-866-654-7654 for assistance.
