Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2008 🢒 Kodiak C-Series (Conventional) C6/C7/C8 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 7.8L 🢒 Oil Pump Assemble
  1. Apply clean engine oil to the drive gear.

    2. Important: When installing the drive gear, make sure that the large hub side of the gear is facing away from the oil pump body.

  2. Use a bench press to press the drive gear on to the drive gear shaft.
  3. Install the oil pump drive gear to the drive gear.
  4. Install the oil relief valve assembly into the oil pump body.
  5. Install the cotter pin to the oil pump body.
  6. Apply clean engine oil to the drive gear and drive gear shaft.
  7. Install the driven gear and shaft to the oil pump body.
