Removal Procedure
  1. Drain the cooling system. Only drain enough to prevent spillage. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
  2. Disconnect the EGR cooler temperature sensor harness connector.
  3. Remove the EGR cooler temperature sensor.

Installation Procedure

    Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  1. Install the EGR cooler temperature sensor.

    2. Tighten
    Tighten the sensor to 30 N·m (22 lb ft).

  2. Connect the EGR cooler temperature sensor harness connector.
  3. Fill the cooling system. Refer to Cooling System Draining and Filling .
