Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1911075 Size: SH
  1. Remove the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
  2. From inside the vehicle, disconnect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) from the manifold absolute pressure (MAP) sensor.

    3. Object Number: 1911076 Size: SH
  3. Remove the MAP sensor screws (1) and MAP sensor (2) from the intake pipe.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1911076 Size: SH
  1. Lubricate the MAP sensor seal with clean engine oil.
  2. Install the MAP sensor (2) to the intake pipe.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  3. Install the MAP sensor screws (1).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the screws to 10 N·m (89 lb in).

  4. Connect the engine wiring harness electrical connector (1) to the MAP sensor.
  5. Install the engine cover. Refer to Engine Cover Replacement .
