Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 895258 Size: SH
  1. Release the tab (3) that retains the hinge cover (1) and fold the cover back.
  2. Remove the seat cushion hinge bolt (2).
  3. Remove the bolts that retain the seat back to the riser storage box.
  4. Remove the seat back from the storage box.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 895258 Size: SH
  1. Install the seat back to the storage box.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.

  2. Install the bolts that retain the seat back to the riser storage box

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 40 N·m (29 lb ft).

  3. Install the seat cushion hinge bolt (2).

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the bolt to 32 N·m (23 lb ft).

  4. Return the hinge cover (1) to the original position and ensure the retaining tab (3) is fully seated.
