Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 1892183 Size: SH
  1. Remove the cover that conceals the bolt (1).
  2. Remove the bolt (2) retaining the housing to the outside review mirror arm.

    3. Object Number: 1892184 Size: SH
  3. Separate the housing (3) from the arm.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector (4) from the outside rearview mirror, if equipped.
  5. Remove the housing (3) from the outside rearview mirror arm.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 1892184 Size: SH
  1. Install the housing (3) to the outside rearview mirror arm.
  2. Connect the electrical connector (4) to the outside rearview mirror, if equipped.

    3. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 1892183 Size: SH
  3. Install the bolt (2) retaining the housing to the outside review mirror arm.

    4. Tighten
    Tighten the outside rearview mirror to 9 N·m (80 lb in).

  4. Install the cover that conceals the bolt (1).
