Removal Procedure
  1. Remove the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
  2. Remove the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  3. Lower the window.
  4. Remove the inner window sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  5. Remove the outer window sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  6. Remove the front and rear run channel from the door. Refer to Door Window Channel Replacement .
  7. Remove the inside handle from the door. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .

    8. Object Number: 828458 Size: SH
  8. Remove the lock rods from the front door module.
  9. Remove the electrical harness from the front door module.
  10. Remove the rivets, that retain the rear door module to the door, with an appropriate drill and drill bit.
  11. Remove the rear door module from the door.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 828458 Size: SH
  1. Install the rear door module to the door.
  2. Rivet the rear door module to the door.
  3. Install the electrical harness to the rear door module.
  4. Install the lock rods to the rear door module.
  5. Install the inside handle to the door. Refer to Front Side Door Inside Handle Replacement .
  6. Install the front and rear run channel to the door. Refer to Door Window Channel Replacement .
  7. Install the inner window sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Inner Sealing Strip Replacement .
  8. Install the outer window sealing strip. Refer to Rear Door Window Belt Outer Sealing Strip Replacement .
  9. Install the rear door water deflector. Refer to Rear Side Door Water Deflector Replacement .
  10. Install the rear door trim panel. Refer to Rear Side Door Trim Panel Replacement .
