Makes 🢒 Chevrolet 🢒 2010 🢒 Express - AWD 🢒 Engine 🢒 Engine Mechanical - 6.6L 🢒 Fuel Injection Pump Cleaning and Inspection

    Object Number: 663766 Size: SH
  1. Remove the fuel injection pump adapter bolts.
  2. Remove the fuel injection pump adapter.

    3. Object Number: 663767 Size: SH
  3. Remove the O-ring from the fuel injection pump and discard.
  4. Remove the O-ring from the fuel injection pump adapter and discard.
  5. Clean the fuel injection pump adapter mating surfaces.
  6. Clean the fuel injection pump mating surfaces.
  7. Inspect the fuel injection pump and adapter for damage.
  8. Replace component if any damage is found.
  9. Install a new O-ring onto fuel injection pump.
  10. Install a new O-ring onto fuel injection pump adapter.
  11. Lubricate the O-rings with engine oil.

    12. Object Number: 663766 Size: SH
  12. Install the fuel injection pump adapter to the fuel injection pump.

    13. Caution: Refer to Fastener Caution in the Preface section.

  13. Install the fuel injection pump adapter bolts and tighten to 21 N·m (15 lb ft).
