Removal Procedure

    Object Number: 890567 Size: SH
  1. Raise and support the vehicle. Refer to Lifting and Jacking the Vehicle .
  2. Remove the engine protection shield mounting bolts, light duty shown, heavy duty similar.

    3. Object Number: 890563 Size: SH
  3. Remove the engine protection shield.

Installation Procedure

    Object Number: 890563 Size: SH
  1. Install the engine protection shield.

    2. Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice in the Preface section.


    Object Number: 890567 Size: SH
  2. Install the engine protection shield mounting bolts, light duty shown, heavy duty similar.

    3. Tighten
    Tighten the bolts to 20 N·m (15 lb ft).

  3. Lower the vehicle.
